A third load line increases the energy-absorbing capacity of the front end and reduces both inertia forces and intrusions into the passenger compartment. These qualities are complemented by 6 airbags as standard throughout the range, three-point seatbelts with double pretensioners and load limiters, collapsible pedal unit and steering column, second-generation anti-whiplash system and Isofix attachments. In an age surrounded by many question marks, the Giulietta has been created as a new benchmark. The new ARCHITECTURE forged for this car is a design that builds on Alfa Romeo’s long experience in engineering and the result is cutting edge. Heating and Air Conditioning Berwyn PA . The innovative materials used, such as aluminium, magnesium and high strength steels combine extremely high qualities of strength and rigidity with weight reduction. The new floor pan is a veritable system in its own right that interacts synergetically with each individual mechanical and electronic component on the car to guarantee agility, comfort and safety. The four technologies that give rise to the Giulietta’s unique approach to the road stem from this system. 1) Remove rocker cover. Rotate crankshaft until zero degree (TDC) timing mark of timing belt cover is in line with timing mark on crankshaft pulley.
2) Cylinder No. 1 should be at TDC on compression stroke. Remove distributor cap, and ensure rotor is pointed upward at distributor hold-down bolt and to No. 1 terminal of distributor cap. If not as described, rotate crankshaft 360 degrees.
3) Measure valve clearance between adjustment screw and valve stem using thickness gauge. Check intake valve clearance of cylinders No. 1 and 2 and exhaust valve clearance of cylinders No. 1 and 3.
4) Turn crankshaft one complete revolution (360 degrees). Check intake valve clearance of cylinders No. 3 and 4 and exhaust valve clearance of cylinders No. 2 and 4. Ensure clearance is within specification. See VALVE CLEARANCE SPECIFICATIONS table.
5) If clearance adjustment is necessary, loosen lock nut and turn adjusting screw. After adjusting clearance, tighten adjusting screw lock nut to 11-14 ft. lbs. (15-19 N.m) on Samurai or 90-108 INCH lbs. (10-13 N.m) on Sidekick. On all models, recheck clearance.

2001 2003 Dodge Sprinter Fuel Pump Repriming Manual
The following discussion is for 2001>2003 Sprinters only. In 2004 Mercedes moved the low pressure fuel pump to the fuel tank. See the end of this article for Yahoo Posts for 2004> models’ repriming.Due to ignorance, I managed to get air into my fuel system and lose the prime to thefuel pump . Repeated attempts at turning the engine over did not re-establish the prime. After a call a Freightliner mechanic, and a recommendation that I have it towed to the nearest dealer (40 plus miles – forget that), he indicated that all I needed was a means to pump in fuel to purge out the lines and pump. He also made me feel better by indicating that he had fielded other calls from Sprinter owners who had air-locked their fuel pumps. One reason the Sprinter’s 2.7 fuel system is susceptible to airlock is the fuel pump’s high location on the engine. (See the picture to the left.) The location makes for great access and maintenance, but it is bad news when changing the fuel filter or you run out of fuel – gravity takes over and the pump drains. (Because of the low surface tension of diesel, the vacuum of the closed system does not hold long in the presence of air.) The pump also does not have good self-priming capabilities.

2011 Mazda 3 Owners Manual

| 2011 Mazda 3 Owners Manual |
2011 Mazda3 designed its popularity around being fun to generate, and it looks the aspect, with fit, elaborate design in either automobile or hatchback designs. Last year the Mazda3 was absolutely remodeled, with a new five-point grill that is the new "global face" of Mazda. Its a attractive, elegant look with some sportscar pitching wedge to its information and a "happy" experience before side (look at the nasal area and front side lights and maybe youll see its grin, too). Within, the seat is innovative and luxurious, with enhanced forms and extensive parts of dark-colored and ripped plastic.
The entry-level 2011 Mazda3 i is outfitted with a 148-horsepower, 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to either a five-speed guide or automated gearbox. The sportier s designs come with the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine from the Mazda6 that pushes out 167 energy. The bigger engine gets a six-speed stick shift as conventional and the same optionally available five-speed automated as the platform car. The platform engine does a qualified job of generating commute-worthy energy, and with the five-speed automated, its reasonably instant for isle changes and freeway moves. It does usually growth and whir more than you might like, though. The 2.5-liter four is a much more satisfied probability for enthusiasts; it choices up perfectly in most equipment and seems more enhanced.
