Epson Printers Have Built-in Maintenance Processes

Epson printers have built-in maintenance processes that count the number of pages for ink usage. These processes alert the user to change ink cartridges, clean the print heads, and change the waste ink pads (technical service). These automatic alerts may present a challenge to some users with a specific setup, such as a continuous ink system, refilled cartridges, or photo printing. An Epson printer can be reset in varying degrees, from activating a reset menu on the physical printer to installing utilities and resetting software on a computer. Explore a method for your model of Epson inkjet color printer.

· Turn off your printer and unplug the USB cable and power cord.

· Wait for two minutes and press and hold the "Paper Source," "Paper feed," and "Eject" buttons while plugging the cord into the outlet.

· Continue to hold the buttons down and turn on the printer.

· Count to five and release all three buttons.

· Confirm that the display reads, "Settings" and press the down arrow button until the display reads, "Clear Counters."

· Press the right arrow button to select the "Clear Counters" option.

· Press the down arrow button to select "Maint Tank" and press the right arrow button to select this item.

· Press the "Eject" or "Enter" button to save these settings.

· Press the "Load/Eject" button to release the ink cartridges from their locked tray.

· Open the lid for the ink compartment and lift each cartridge lock. Snap each cartridge lock closed.

· Turn off the printer, plug the USB cable connection to the computer and turn on your printer to begin normal use.

SSC Service Utility

· Type the following address into the address bar of your browser to download and install the SSC Service Utility: sscig.com/epsone.shtml

· Install the utility on your computer and it will create an icon on your Windows tray (bottom task bar) for quick access.

· Locate the SSC Service Utility icon in your tray and right-click to select "Reset Counters."

· Select "All" from the submenu or select each cartridge color as desired.

Ink Pad Reset Utility

· Type the following address into your browser's address bar to access the Epson ink Pad Reset Utility: epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/InkPadsForm.jsp

· Select your model of printer from the drop-down menu, length of ownership from the drop-down menu, and complete the product information in the corresponding fields, including the serial number for your printer (information is located on the back of the printer or on the original Epson box).

· Click the box next to the acknowledgment statement to agree to the terms and click the "Submit" button to begin downloading the utility.

· Run the installer for the utility and click the "Next" button to proceed through the confirmation screens in the wizard.

· Launch the Epson Ink Pad Reset Utility and select the function for "Ink monitor."

· Set the levels to "0" by typing "0" in those fields or press the "Reset" button next to each color cartridge.

· Click the "Update" or "Save" button and exit the utility.

A company who produces these kind of gadgets are aiming to produce more advance technology. That is why competitions between these companies are very inflexible.

And prices for these gadgets are very affordable for now, you can buy a gadget from a very low price but the features are almost the same for the top leading brand carrier. But, have you notice that more often gadgets for now are easily to break and irreparable, there are a lot of electronic repair shops out there that could repair these kinds of gadgets but mostly they cannot point out which electronic component is specifically worn-out more often they will suggest to purchase the whole modular circuit.

Let us compare the desktop computer before and the desktop computer for now. Before, if we are going to a computer repair shop and ask assistance for a computer technician they would say that they will diagnose your computer first and will find the worn-out electronic component. And once they’ve found the defective electronic component they will just replace the specific electronic component and your computer unit could be fixed.But for now, if you are going to a computer repair shop the computer technician would easily say… lets analyze the problem first, they will just simply turn on your unit and can easily come-up for a conclusion mostly they would say… oohh these electronic circuit module is defective you need to replace the whole circuit board.

Wow! Can you believe that? Now if we are going to compare the resolution provided by before and after, the before is like you are given an option to have a lesser expense. However, for the present, it will still give you an option but it will cost you so much. And sometimes it will go to a direction that you have to junk your unit and purchase a new one. Wow! What if you have just purchase your unit for just about more than a year?

The point here is that… yes we are aiming to become more advance in technology but buying a gadget that could easily break is not practical since you can’t enjoy it for a longer period of time since they could easily breakdown and in most cases it could not be repair anymore, so you’ll have to spend again. And if you are the owner of the computer repair shop, your shop will become a computer junk shop since you will be keeping a lot of junks computer parts.

The Magical Healing Power of Garlic

I’ve had read an article before about the power of garlic, and I was amazed with the information that have been provided to readers. For me the information was so unbelievable, the article tells me that garlic can cure diseases especially for lung illnesses. It describes also that it can cure tuberculosis, pneumonia, hypertension, cancer and other bacterial diseases.

Actually I’d laugh with the article, since for me garlic can be use only to enhance the taste of food, as spices, seasoning but not to cure illnesses. Article also tells that garlic can improve immune system and can lower cholesterol level and can prevent cancer. Article also indicated that garlic can be use as herbal medicine and an alternative for the present drug that we have right now that can be bought from pharmaceutical companies.

However, one day I’ve suffered from colds and flu and I’ve visited my doctor to consult about my illness, and it was diagnosed that I have pneumonia. The doctor gave me prescription and a lot of medicine that need to take-in, in order to cure my illness. I tried to look for the prescribe medicine and I was so amazed since it will cost me a lot if I’m going to buy all those medicines.

I’ve said to myself “God if there are only medicines that are for free”. Then I remember the article that I’ve read before about the magical power of garlic. Then I’ve said to myself “why not! I will experiment” I reviewed the procedures that were indicated on the article and I saw a simple procedure that I know it is very simple to prepare.

I’ve taken 4 cloves from the garlic bulb and smash it using a knife then after smashing it, I cut it into smaller pieces then after that I put it in a cup and fill the cup with boiling water. I’ve waited for a couple of minutes then after that I tried to taste it, at first the smell was very stinky but I ignore it, then I tried to sip and the taste is not bad. So I continue to drink until I consumed everything inside the cup but of course the garlic was not included it just only the juice.

After a couple of hours I fell great it seems that my lung air passage were unblocked and every time I cough the phlegm goes out and my fever was gone as well. So what I did… I’ve taken this herbal treatment for two weeks I prepared this kind of stuff twice a day one in the morning and one in the evening before going to bed. And after two weeks my illness was gone I don’t know what to say but I think it was magical and I proved that the article was true.

To my readers I’m not saying that you should take this as well but base on my experience I can justify that the magical power of garlic is true. Now it’s up to you if you conduct an experiment also to yourself, just have faith.

Finding a job now a day is very stiff especially if you are aiming to work on what you have achieved in profession. There are graduates in nursing, engineering, teaching profession and other courses that they think they can use it once they are graduated. However, there are only few companies and establishment, and can’t accommodate these huge number of graduate students. The only alternative for this problem is that, these graduate students will intend to apply in a Mall as customer service in a grocery department. Some may be going to apply in a Call Center Company as a call center agent.

The very popular option right now is to work in a call center company as a Customer Service Representative or CSR. There are lots of Call Center Companies right now and this is the best alternative for those graduate students that are currently longing for a job. Working in a call center is very fun and salary rate is much higher compared to other establishment. You are getting paid even if you are under training and English language training is at high standard especially for those handling international accounts.

But… have you known the disadvantages in working in a call center? Especially for those operating in 24x7 operations? Well… to give you some tips working in this environment is not very good in health you can acquire various illnesses such as stress, pneumonia, anemia, tuberculosis and worst is Aids or HIV. The most call center agents that could possibly acquires these diseases are those working at night since there immune system becomes low because of stress. And once their resistance becomes low they could easily catch viruses and bacteria, and even one person is suffering from one of the mentioned sickness he or she could easily spread this out to others since they are working only in a close environment.

According to health department, cases of HIV infected persons are getting worst and according to their findings that most of it came from a call center company. According to them that it is most likely that person from this institution are not practicing safe sex since they think that persons work in these companies are safe since most of the employee here have undergone pre-medical test and they were not be employed once they have illnesses.

Now, to avoid such illnesses I would suggest that if you intend to work in this institution you should be health conscious do not abuse yourself especially if you are working at night. Ensure that after your shift you should get rest, sleep at least 6 hours it should be a deep sleep this is to rebuild your resistance and most of all take multivitamins, a healthy diet and a yearly medical check-up.

Dengue Mosquitoes are Considered as One of the Most Dangerous Insects in the Philippines

Its rainy season again in the Philippines and people are now worried about the possible diseases that may incur during this period. This is the breeding time of mosquitoes and for a short period of time their number grows rapidly. However, the main concern of the Filipino people is the brisk growth of dengue mosquito’s carriers.

Dengue mosquitoes are considered as one of the most dangerous insects in the Philippines, since for several years ago thousands of Filipino people died unguarded with this disease and worst of all, majorities of the counts are children. Until now there is no medication discovered for this illness the only thing that they can do to fight against this disease is to prevent it.

To prevent from being victimized by this dengue mosquito is to clean our surroundings, ensure that there are no things or areas that can be use as a breeding place by these killer mosquitoes. Always take vitamin C to strengthen your body resistance, take a healthy diet, exercise and as much as possible avoid going to humid areas. There are mosquito’s repellent that can be use to avoid mosquitoes from biting your skin, drink plenty of water every day to keep yourself hydrated. If you have fever that last for about 2 to 3 days and temperature of nearly 38 to 40 degrees on and off I suggest that you should seek Doctor’s attention.

My child was also a victim, and he battled for this disease for more than two weeks in the hospital. I was really upset during that time since I have seen a lot of young and adult people inside the hospital struggling for their lives. There are no rooms available since patients with dengue disease are so many and hospitals can no longer accommodate all these patients, what they did is to provide additional beds along the alley just to accommodate these excess patients.

My son situation was very critical during that time since he was suffering already a stage two to three dengue, he was undergone blood transfusion for several times, and the worst thing was he cried for many times since every day blood samples are taken from him for laboratory testing and he was traumatize with it since needle hurts him very often. With prayers and God’s help he was able to survive this disease.

One of the Philippine agencies Department of Health (DOH) is now making moves to help people from defending their selves and how to fight against dengue; advisories were now disseminated to public. We should be conscious of this and we should cooperate proactively and religiously, this is for the good of our children. Hoping that those disastrous years will not be experience again for this year and to the near future. Aside from that, I wish that they can discover a cure for this disease so that people have no much worry about this.

Pacquiao-Bradley Fight will be reviewed by NSAC

Keith Kizer Executive Director of Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) will be reviewing the recorded video of the fight between Manny Paquiao and Timothy Bradley, after judges awarded Bradley a split decision victory. Most viewers are unhappy with the result.

Keith said that he will be reviewing the video together with the ring judges Duane Ford, Jerry Roth and C.J. Ross. Kizer Said… "I've talked with all three judges after the bout, as well as today. We're going to review the tape of the bout because there was so much controversy and because there was so much disagreement with the decision”. He wanted also that judges must explain how they came up with their scoring. Roth scored the bout 115-113 in favor to Pacquiao while Ford and Ross scored the bout 115-113 in favor to Bradley.

"I want them to review it with me for my own instruction. So I'm going to have them come in person and we will watch it. I expect these judges will show that they used correct scoring criteria and can verbalize their decision-making, as they have able to do in the past," said Kizer.
