Suzuki introduces an all new lightweight 25PS 18 4kW Four Stroke Outboard

Suzuki engineers have designed an all-new light weight 25PS (18.4kW) 4-stroke outboard that weighs just 69kg (152lbs.)*. Its lighter weight and economical operation make it ideal for boaters and fishermen who need a powerful compact outboard. In addition, this new 4-stroke fully complies with 2006 EPA and forthcoming EURO 1 standards (EU Directive 2003/44/EC), and carries the California Air Resources Board (CARB) 3-star Ultra-Low emissions rating.

This new 25PS (18.4kW) model is the first Suzuki 4-stroke outboard to feature a V-Twin powerhead. The 70ยบ v-bank angle is wide enough to minimize vibration without the use of a counterbalance system, and narrow enough to provide a compact profile on the transom. The V-twin layout also moves the center of gravity forward, compared to an inline powerhead. This allows for better balance on the transom, and makes the engine easier to tilt. Since engines in this category typically are tilted by hand, a little bit of help is a big advantage. Twin cylinders, each displacing 269cm3 (total displacement is 538cm3) combined with 2 overhead valves per cylinder, produce maximum power at 5,000 rpm. The engine uses a single carburetor for easy maintenance and lighter weight. Aluminum block and aluminum connecting rods contribute to the lightweight design.

2001 2003 Dodge Sprinter Fuel Pump Repriming Manual

The following discussion is for 2001>2003 Sprinters only. In 2004 Mercedes moved the low pressure fuel pump to the fuel tank. See the end of this article for Yahoo Posts for 2004> models’ repriming.Due to ignorance, I managed to get air into my fuel system and lose the prime to thefuel pump . Repeated attempts at turning the engine over did not re-establish the prime. After a call a Freightliner mechanic, and a recommendation that I have it towed to the nearest dealer (40 plus miles – forget that), he indicated that all I needed was a means to pump in fuel to purge out the lines and pump. He also made me feel better by indicating that he had fielded other calls from Sprinter owners who had air-locked their fuel pumps. One reason the Sprinter’s 2.7 fuel system is susceptible to airlock is the fuel pump’s high location on the engine. (See the picture to the left.) The location makes for great access and maintenance, but it is bad news when changing the fuel filter or you run out of fuel – gravity takes over and the pump drains. (Because of the low surface tension of diesel, the vacuum of the closed system does not hold long in the presence of air.) The pump also does not have good self-priming capabilities.

2011 Mazda 3 Owners Manual

2011 Mazda 3 Owners Manual
2011 Mazda3 designed its popularity around being fun to generate, and it looks the aspect, with fit, elaborate design in either automobile or hatchback designs. Last year the Mazda3 was absolutely remodeled, with a new five-point grill that is the new "global face" of Mazda. Its a attractive, elegant look with some sportscar pitching wedge to its information and a "happy" experience before side (look at the nasal area and front side lights and maybe youll see its grin, too). Within, the seat is innovative and luxurious, with enhanced forms and extensive parts of dark-colored and ripped plastic.

The entry-level 2011 Mazda3 i is outfitted with a 148-horsepower, 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to either a five-speed guide or automated gearbox. The sportier s designs come with the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine from the Mazda6 that pushes out 167 energy. The bigger engine gets a six-speed stick shift as conventional and the same optionally available five-speed automated as the platform car. The platform engine does a qualified job of generating commute-worthy energy, and with the five-speed automated, its reasonably instant for isle changes and freeway moves. It does usually growth and whir more than you might like, though. The 2.5-liter four is a much more satisfied probability for enthusiasts; it choices up perfectly in most equipment and seems more enhanced.
