2011 Nissan Juke 1.6L-T Synchronic Diverter Valve Kit Installation Instructions
1. Remove the top engine cover by pulling the taps where the red arrows are indicated in the picture 2. Using a pair of pliers, loosen and pull back the hose clamp highlighed in the picture 3. Gently detach the OE recirculation hose from the OE By-Pass Valve 4. Push the small hose clamp back and detach the vacuum signal air hose from the OE By-Pass Valve. 5. Remove the two 10mm bolts holding the OE BPV to the base, and then remove the OE BPV. 6. Apply small amount of RTV silicone on the OE charge pipe base flange. 7. Apply enough RTV silicone to cover up the four holes as indicated in the picture. 8. Do not over fill the silicone as it may fall into the OE adapter pipe. 9. Install the diamond shape base adapter flange onto the OE base, and re-use the OE 10mm bolts for fastening. 10. Install the 1-touch Boost Connect fittings onto the DV’s top cap. It is up to the owner’s preference to use the 90 degree or the straight fittings. The Nissan Juke Synchronic DV kit can be installed as traditional “Push” or “Pull” mode. To install as “Push” mode, assemble the discharge adapter flange as indicated in picture A below. To install as “Pull” mode, assemble the discharge flange. 11. Assemble the DV unit in either “Push” or “Pull” configuration based on the owner’s preference. 12. Install the DV assembly by pushing the hose adatper flange into the OE recirculation hose. Slide the clamp back to secure and tighten the hose to the adapter. 13. The vacuum signal for the Synchronic DV should be routed as the picture above indicated. 14. Connect the OE vacuum signal to the prepared DV assembly with Boost Connect hoses. 15.
